What is the shipping cost?
To be on the safe side we ship all of our orders registered via airmail with a tracking code.
- Greece - registered shipping: €6.50 EUR
- European Union - registered shipping: €11 EUR
- United States, Canada & Australia: €11 EUR
- Rest of the world - registered shipping: €11 EUR
Please note that any duties or taxes are the responsibility of the buyer.
How soon will my order arrive?
All items are handmade so please allow 7 to 10 working days to complete and ship your order.
The estimated time of arrival for the US / Canada / Australia / rest of the world is approximately 10 to 14 business days and for the EU 7 to 10 business days. Please note that we cannot guarantee arrival times.
How will my order be packaged?
All orders will arrive beautifully gift wrapped. Your item will be sent out securely packaged in bubble envelopes.
Can I return or exchange an item?
If for any reason you are unhappy with your order, tothemetal offers a full refund, provided that the items are returned in the same state they arrived in (in their original packaging with all tags attached). The items must be returned within a 10 day period of receiving them. Unfortunately, shipping costs cannot be refunded.
If items are to be refunded or exchanged, please contact us within 10 days of receiving the items, stating whether you would like a refund or an exchange. In case of returning or exchanging an item, the buyer is responsible for the shipping costs. You should consider using a traceable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
The shipping costs of the new/exchanged item will be deducted from your refund.
