Shipping & Returns

Shipping

All orders are shipped via registered airmail and can be traced with a tracking number.

  • For orders within Greece the shipping cost is 4 Euros and the estimated time of arrival is 1-3 business days.
  • For orders within the EU the shipping cost is 7 Euros and the estimated time and arrival is 7-10 business days.
  • For orders to the US/Canada/Australia/Rest of the World the shipping cost is 8 Euros and the estimated time of arrival is 10-14 business days.

Please note that estimated delivery times are approximate and are to be used only as a guide, and cannot be guaranteed.
Buyers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays due to customs, and unfortunately we cannot guarantee specific delivery dates.

Once you have placed your order you will receive an order confirmation email. You will receive another email with the tracking information of your package once your order is dispatched.

All orders are processed within 6 business days. Processing time might vary for custom orders or for items out of stock.
We ship orders at the name and address you provide at our website. Please make sure they are correct.
Your order will arrive gift wrapped, securely packaged.

Returns

You have the right to return your order within 14 days of delivery.
Contact us within the stated time frame at customercare@tothemetal.com to assist you on the returning procedure.
Items must be returned in the same state they arrived in, unworn in their original packaging with all tags attached.
In case of returning an item we strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
tothemetal will only cover the shipping charges for the return of the product if the return is attributable to a mistake made by us. Otherwise buyers are responsible for the return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Refunds

If for any reason you are unhappy with your order, tothemetal offers a refund, provided that the items are returned within 14 days of delivery. Unfortunately, shipping costs cannot be refunded.

We will notify you via email once we have received the item, and also if the returned item is approved for a refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed and will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within 7 business days.

Refunds will not be granted if the recipient was not home to receive the delivery or if a notification was left by the postal services and the recipient failed to collect the delivery, and as a result the delivery was shipped back to us.

Refunds will not be granted if you have provided an incorrect name and shipping address, and as a result the delivery was shipped back to us.
If the tracking system shows a successful delivery, but the customer claims did not collect the package we will not grant a refund.
In the following situations only partial refunds are granted:

  • If the item is not in its original condition, is damaged or there are missing parts not due to our error.
  • If the item is returned later than 14 days of delivery.

Exchanges

We accept exchanges within 14 days of delivery. If you need to exchange your item  email us at customercare@tothemetal.com to assist you on the returning and exchanging procedure.

Buyers are responsible for the return shipping costs and the shipping costs of the new item.
If the price of the exchanged item is higher than the new item's price, the difference will be refunded to your original method of payment. Unfortunately, shipping costs cannot be refunded.
